    How do I get more information about an item?
    All items listed on our platform will have the key product information needed for you to assess, compare and make a decision. However, you can always request for more information about an item through our Sales Advisors or Customer Service team and they will be on hand to assist you.
    Does LuxLexicon provide any authenticity guarantee?
    LuxLexicon serves as an independent platform for buyers and sellers looking for the resale of new and preowned luxury bags. Widely regarded as one of the best in our field, the trust from our clients is at the core of what do. While we have a strict Anti-Counterfeit Policy in place, LuxLexicon is not affiliated with nor sponsored by any of the brands featured for sale on our platform. All intellectual property, trademarks and copyright remain the sole property of their respective brand owners and LuxLexicon in no way, claims to be associated with any of these brands nor do we proclaim - on behalf of the brand owners - to guarantee the authenticity on any item sold on our platform.

    All items sold on our platform will still go through a stringent process of quality control and verification checks to ensure that items are indeed as represented by the seller in their listing. Our team of experienced in-house experts have the industry know-how and is also well-equipped with the tools and technology to detect counterfeit items. In the unlikely event an item purchased on LuxLexicon is proven to be inauthentic in the form of a written statement by the principal brands, we shall offer a full money-back guarantee.
    What if I have issues with my order after receiving it?
    We pride ourselves for being the platform of choice for our community of buyers who love sourcing for luxury items that are well-priced and highly curated on LuxLexicon. Client satisfaction is of utmost importance to us and we want you to love your purchases through our platform!

    In a scenario where you may have issues with the item you received, please be sure to flag this within 24 hours of receiving the item. You may do so by contacting our Customer Service via WhatsApp or emailing us. Please do input specific complaint details regarding your item and include detailed photos as well. Our team will review your complaint and get back to you within 24 hours thereafter. We may, at times, need to arrange to collect the item from you for further investigation. In the unlikely event that your received item is indeed found to be non-compliant after our checks, LuxLexicon will cancel the order and process a full refund to you.

    IMPORTANT: Any issue with your item must be flagged within 24 hours of you receiving the item, failing which your order shall be considered as final sale with no returns permissible.
    How long does it take for my purchased item to ship?
    All purchased items will be shipped between 1-2 working days under the Standard Delivery option. Express Delivery can be offered with a nominal top-up of $25 per order and orders must be placed by 3pm on weekdays for same day-delivery. Please contact our Customer Service team who will send you a payment link for the Express Delivery top-up. Should there be any anticipated delay to your shipments, we will immediately inform you.

    Alternatively, depending on the location of the item you have purchased, you can also opt for self-collection from either our Palais Renaissance Store or one-north Showroom (managed by Carousell Luxury).
    What payment methods are accepted on LuxLexicon?
    LuxLexicon provides a variety of convenient payment methods for our buyers and these include:

    - PayNow/Direct bank transfer to LuxLexicon's bank account
    - Credit/debit card using Visa/MasterCard/American Express (additional fees may apply)
    - Atome/GrabPay (product exclusions apply and also subject to your own available limit with these institutions)
    What is LuxLexicon's return policy?
    We do not accept returns for:

    - Items on Discount/Sale (Items marked as final sale)
    - International orders outside of Singapore
    - Items purchased directly in-store/private viewing
    How can I track shipping?
    For shipping within Singapore, please contact us via the chatbot. For shipping outside of Singapore, please go to your account information and click on the order information.
    Do you ship internationally?
    We ship internationally to major cities using DHL/FedEx. Please contact us for specific delivery charges and additional customs and duties that may apply to your respective shipping destination prior to placing an order.
    Who pays for custom fees?
    As an overseas buyer, please note that you are responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees that may apply to your order. These charges are determined by your country’s customs regulations and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

    How do I sell on LuxLexicon?
    Selling on LuxLexicon is easy! We offer a direct buy-in of your luxury items or you can consign the items for sale on our platform for minimally 60 days. Simply fill out an online quotation form with details of the item(s) you would like to sell and our product specialists will reach out with a preliminary quote for your review. If accepted, you can drop off the item(s) at our stipulated locations where our specialists will do an in-person verification check of the item for a final quotation and acceptance of the item.
    Which designers do LuxLexicon accept?
    LuxLexicon brings together a curated selection of best-in-class handbags, watches, jewellery, apparel, shoes and more from over 20 of the world's most sought-after brands. For a complete list of accepted designers, please click here.
    What happens after I accept my quote?
    Once you approve our preliminary quote, you can simply arrange to drop off the item(s) at either our Palais Renaissance Store or at the one-north showroom (managed by Carousell Luxury) during our operational hours. Our team of product specialists will do an in-person verification of the items for a final quote. Should the item vary visibly in condition, we reserve the right to amend the quotation or reject the item for sale. Please be advised that all counterfeit items will also be rejected.
    How long do I have to wait to get paid?
    Known in the market for one of the fastest payouts, we pay within seven working days upon the successful sale of your items! If you are selling direct to us, you will also expect payment via PayNow to your account within one working day.
    Is there a minimal consignment period?
    All items consigned with LuxLexicon must be physically left with us for a period of at least 60 days. Should your item not sell after this exclusive listing period, you can either request for us to reduce the selling price for a higher chance of sell-through, or you can withdraw it at no fee.
    Can I withdraw my item before the exclusive listing period?
    All items consigned with LuxLexicon must be physically left with us for a period of at least 60 days. We do not allow for the early withdrawal of a consigned item.
